Renting Space at UUFLG
UUFLG rents out the various rooms of its building (or the
entire building) for meetings or events.
SCHEDULING: All events must be scheduled through the
Fellowship administrator.
TYPES OF USE: Our building is available for events such as weddings, memorial services, recitals and other cultural events, private and public meetings, non-partisan political forums, and charitable benefits. Our building is NOT available to groups that advocate the use of violence, or discriminate explicitly or implicitly against any race, gender, and religion or ethnic group.

folding chairs, 14 folding tables, kitchen (microwave,
refrigerator, stove, etc.); Includes DVD player and large Screen TV and
wifi.
**Weddings/Memorial Services:
Please note that if your caterers, floral arrangers, etc. do
not do their work within the original rental period, you
will be charged for any additional time they use to
set-up/take-down, as that is time we are deprived of use of
the facility.
Important – Please Read
A $100 refundable security deposit is required
($200 for groups of more than 30 and weddings). A signed
agreement and payment in full, plus the security deposit,
are required in order to secure your date and time on our
calendar.
There is a 15%
cancellation fee, and a 10% change fee.
Once your completed and signed agreement and payment are received by UUFLG, a copy will be mailed or given to you, which is your confirmation of the reservation. If you do not receive the copy within one week of submitting your payment and signed agreement, please contact UUFLG: admin@uuflg.org or 408-358-1212.
To rent all or part of our building, you need to:
- Contact the UUFLG Administrator at: admin@uuflg.org or 408-358-1212 to find out if your desired days and times are available and to set a time to view the space.
- Download the Rental
PackagePDF.
- Fill out and sign the rental agreement. You may deposit the completed agreement with full payment and security deposit in the UUFLG mail slot or send via surface mail to:

Once the signed rental agreement and payment are received, the Administrator will add the event to our rental calendar.

depending on your group's needs.
Sanctuary
Capacity: 100 fixed (125 max)
Panorama of the sanctuary. Seating is raked, with folding seats common to theaters, rather than traditional pews. Seating capacity can be increased with folding chairs (see photo, left side, for example).
West Room - Social Hall
Capacity: 73 (34 seated)
Panorama of West Room. The room has a folding divider so can be split into two smaller rooms as needed. Access to kitchen is to the near right, out of the image. Each half of the room has separate light switches.
Kitchen
Capacity: N/A
The kitchen opens off the West Room but also has access from the hall. Its use is included in several of our rental packages (Wedding, Recital, West Room).
Parking Lot
Capacity: 21 (2 handicapped, 19 regular)
The parking lot is available for rent separately without renting the building.
