Rev. Fa
Jun Christopher Real is an ordained Buddhist Priest (Cha'an lineage)
and
long-time educator.
Since 2000 he has followed his calling in working as a massage therapist, qigong and yoga instructor, and health educator. He has also been active in the field of vocational education for massage therapists and Chinese Medicine practitioners since 2004.
Rev. Fa Jun was ordained in 2008 and began to move toward his vocation as a spiritual educator. Since that time he has written 3 books on Buddhist spirituality, led meditation groups and regular classes, and engaged in individual coaching for spiritual issues.
Raised in a Christian household, educated in earth-centered spiritual traditions, taoism, sufism, and native american traditions, Rev. Fa Jun has a deep appreciation for all spiritual walks.
He brings his passion for education, inner work, and healing to his position of Lifespan Learning Director.
He also brings years of experience in the education of young children and adults and a passion to continuously discover the tried-and-true, as well as the cutting edge in the realm of spiritual/religious education.
